Through this website we collect only the information you voluntarily submit through an inquiry form: your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, the service you're interested in, your answers to the service-specific questions shown on the form, any message you write, the page you submitted from, and the date and time of submission.

Sensitive personal information — including Social Security numbers, tax documents, identification documents, bank or account numbers, and insurance medical details — is never collected through this website. That information is exchanged only through the secure client system after onboarding.

Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, and provide the services you request. It is not sold, rented, or traded.

Website inquiries are stored in a private database hosted by our website infrastructure provider. The stored records are not publicly readable and are accessible only to MV Enterprises and trusted server-side processes.

When you submit an inquiry, a notification containing your submission is emailed to MV Enterprises through an email delivery provider, and a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided. Your name, email address, phone number, requested service, and message may also be recorded as a contact in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so we can follow up.

Information may be shared with service providers who support delivery of our services — including website hosting, database, email delivery, and CRM providers, and secure document and tax-filing systems — or where required by law. Insurance-related information may be shared with an issuing carrier only with your authorization.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is why sensitive documents are restricted to the secure client system.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting us. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
